Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Planning data: the preferences you submit (date, occasion, city, budget, interests) and the itineraries we generate for you.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

2. How we use it

To generate itineraries, operate your account, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and improve the product. Your planning preferences are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate your itinerary.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share your email with venues or advertisers. Sponsored listings affect ranking, not access to your data.

4. Sharing & third parties

We use trusted processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), OpenAI (itinerary generation), Stripe (payments), and optionally Ticketmaster and Google (event and venue data). When you click a booking link, you leave JellyPlan and the partner platform's privacy policy applies.

5. Shared itineraries

If you copy an itinerary share link, anyone with that link can view that itinerary (but not your email or account details).

6. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email info@jellyplan.ca and we'll process the request within 30 days.
