Terms of Service

1. The service

JellyPlan generates AI-curated outing itineraries with links to third-party booking platforms. We are a discovery and planning tool — bookings, payments to venues, tickets, and reservations are made directly with the relevant partner platform or venue, under their terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to generate itineraries. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One free tier (3 generations) per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits isn't permitted.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium is a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) billed via Stripe. It renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies — venues can close, prices change, and events sell out. Estimated costs and travel times are estimates. Always verify details on the venue's or partner's site before booking or traveling.

5. Sponsored content & affiliates

Some itinerary suggestions may be sponsored by venues or promoters, and booking links may earn JellyPlan an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk generation, reselling output, attempting to bypass plan limits, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyPlan is not liable for the acts or omissions of venues or booking partners, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
